Syla provides AI-powered interview preparation tools, including but not limited to JD-Resume matching, mock interview simulations, and performance analytics. Our services utilize advanced large language models provided by DeepSeek to generate content and analysis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Credits and Payments
- Credits: Our services operate on a credit system. Credits are purchased or earned and used for specific actions (e.g., analysis, mock interviews).
- Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 20% of your purchased credits. Contact support to request a refund.
- Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Syla a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Syla does not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
- Use of the service will result in a job offer or successful interview.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Syla be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
